This site is operated by David J. Fusco Consulting LLC, which does business as Motore. This page explains what happens to information you provide here.

The contact form asks for your name, organization, email address, an optional role, and a description of what you would like to discuss. This information is used solely to read and respond to your inquiry and to carry on any resulting correspondence.

It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and it is not added to a mailing list.

When message delivery is enabled, submissions are sent by email to David J. Fusco Consulting LLC through a third-party email delivery provider. That provider processes the contents of the message in order to deliver it. Submissions are not stored in a database on this site.

This site does not currently use analytics software, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated to describe what is in use.

The site is hosted on Vercel. As with virtually all web hosting, the hosting provider may process standard technical request information, such as IP address and browser user agent, in the ordinary course of serving and securing the site.

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a normal business record of the exchange.

You are not required to use the contact form. If you would prefer that we delete correspondence you have sent, you may ask, and we will do so where we are not required to retain it.
