Motore is my advisory practice. I work directly with executives, owners, and investors — usually one conversation at a time, usually on a decision that is already overdue.
Most of the work starts in the same place: sorting what artificial intelligence genuinely changes for a business from what it does not.

How the work happens today — the real sequence of decisions, exceptions, data, and systems. Nothing useful gets built on an imagined version of the operation.

Turning a decision into something that runs: architecture, governance, adoption, and the measurement that tells you whether it earned its place.
